Purchase Order Policy
1. *Order Placement:*

– We offer two payment scenarios:
– Full Payment: Customers can make a 100% upfront payment during the order placement.
– 50% Advance: Customers can choose to pay 50% at the time of order placement and the remaining 50% at the time of dispatch.
2. *Cancellation Policy:*
– *Full Payment Orders:*
– Cancellation before midnight on the same day of order placement: Full refund.
– Cancellation after midnight of the same day: 90% refund (10% deduction).
– *50% Advance Orders:*
– Cancellation before midnight on the same day of order placement: Full refund.
– Cancellation after midnight of the same day: 30% refund (20% Deduction).
Note: Cancellation after we start making the gown: No refund for the initial 50% and 50% refund on the full prepay amount.
3. *Payment Methods:*
– We accept online payments through our secure payment gateway.
– Cash on Delivery (COD) option available for the remaining 50% at the time of dispatch.
4. *Order Processing:*
– Orders will be processed once the payment is confirmed.
– For 50% advance orders, the remaining payment must be made before dispatch.
5. *Dispatch and Delivery:*
– Upon completion, we will notify customers of the dispatch.
– Delivery timelines vary, and details will be provided during the order confirmation.
